Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items such as personal care products or intimate items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return To start a return, contact us at shopifyonline009@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with a photo of the damage.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
