GRATITUDE JOURNAL - MINDFUL MOTHERS IMPACT GENERATIONS

The idea for Passport Paper Co. came to me years ago. Like most good ideas busy mothers have, I filed it away in the ‘someday’ folder in my brain.

But, the nudge to bring this journal to life was always present.

I’ve been diligently gratitude journaling for years and I can truly say it has changed the way I live, love, and parent my children. I have strayed from the practice at times, sometimes for a year or more when life was busy or sad, but I always find myself returning to it.

It brings me back to mindfulness in all that I say and do.

Too busy to document every moment, but too grateful to let them pass by without noting, the practice of gratitude journaling has captured the small and significant moments of my life and every moment in between. It has recentered me when I have needed it most.

My hope is for you to find joy and gratitude in your motherhood journey, and remember who you are along the way, too.

While you may never hand this exact journal down to your children, the influence of a happy mother will be felt for years to come.
