Masses of Copper Coils

Description

These are FUN earrings! I used 4 feet of raw copper wire and created a mass of tiny coils that I then stretched and wound freeform around a center wire. The ear wires are hand formed with a long tail that hangs down behind your ear for a unique look. They were then layered with coppery and brown patinas, and sanded to highlight the coils.

The earrings go great with almost anything - they have both a modern art and bohemian flair to fit either style.
