Our Springboard features maple-faced premium laminate, 22 spring-attachment points, Balanced Body Signature Springs with snaps, a maple roll-down bar, 2 cotton loops, 2 neoprene handles, and a footbar. The included 2-position Push-Through bar is exclusively designed for the Springboard and made from durable anodized aluminum. It is available with red (medium resistance) springs or blue (light resistance) springs so you can choose the best level to support your workout goals. Push-Through Bar is sold separately for SKU 12405 (Pilates Springboard only).
