Beautiful, sought after, medium-dark colored amethysts hang from these unique square earrings.

I hand formed the Argentium® Sterling Silver wire into squares, then hammered them flat with a subtle texture. The square earrings hang from the point of the square, giving you a different look from the front and side. The clean and modern lines of these earrings will dress up anything.

About Amethyst & Metaphysical Properties

Amethyst is the official birthstone of February. It forms in silica-rich liquids deposited in geodes and is found in clusters of crystal points. The stone's name is derived from the Greek word amethystos, meaning "not drunken," because people of ancient times believed it to protect the wearer from drunkenness. About Argentium® Sterling Silver

Argentium® – The Finest Silver - is a purer version of Sterling Silver that is also highly tarnish resistant. Standard "Sterling Silver" is an alloy composed of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. Thus, you see "925 Sterling Silver".
